Kansas City Volleyball Fitness (KCVBF) goal is to provide athletes with an opportunity to improve thier skills and have fun at the same time.
Coach Jason Long uses techniques and drills designed to improve players skills along with building their confidence. The players work on individual skills such as passing, setting, hitting and serving as well as work in groups to simulate game situations.
The trainers are experienced Club Coaches who love the game as much as the players do and want to help players develop in a positive atmosphere.
